Welcome to AdopMedia. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AdopMedia website, platform, advertising technology, and monetization services ("Services"). By registering with AdopMedia or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.


1. Our Services


AdopMedia provides digital advertising and monetization solutions for website and application publishers. Our Services may include display advertising, video advertising, native advertising, header bidding, programmatic advertising, Prebid, app monetization, and other advertising technologies. We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time.


2. Publisher Eligibility


Publishers must provide accurate and complete information when registering with AdopMedia. You must have the legal right to operate and monetize the website, application, or digital property submitted to our platform. AdopMedia reserves the right to review and approve or reject any publisher or property at its discretion.

3. Publisher Responsibilities


Publishers are responsible for:


  1. 1. Maintaining legitimate and high-quality traffic.
  2. 2. Following applicable laws and advertising policies.
  3. 3. Properly implementing AdopMedia ad tags, SDKs, or other integrations.
  4. 4. Ensuring that advertisements are not placed in misleading or deceptive locations.
  5. 5. Protecting their account login information.
  6. 6. Providing accurate account and payment information.

Publishers are also responsible for monitoring their traffic and notifying AdopMedia if they identify suspicious or fraudulent activity.

4. Prohibited Activities


Publishers must not use the Services to generate fraudulent, artificial, or invalid advertising activity.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Artificial clicks or impressions.
  • Bot or automated traffic.
  • Click farms or traffic manipulation.
  • Incentivized or misleading clicks.
  • Automatically refreshing advertisements for the purpose of increasing revenue.
  • Hidden or deceptive advertisements.
  • Manipulation of ad requests, auctions, or reporting.
  • Traffic generated through malware or other fraudulent methods.
  • Any activity intended to artificially increase advertising revenue.

AdopMedia may investigate traffic and take appropriate action when suspicious activity is detected.

5. Content Requirements


Publishers must ensure that their websites and applications contain lawful and appropriate content. AdopMedia may restrict or refuse advertising on properties containing illegal, fraudulent, misleading, pirated, malicious, or otherwise inappropriate content, or content that violates applicable advertising policies or the requirements of our advertising partners.

6. Advertising Implementation


Publishers must implement AdopMedia advertising solutions according to our technical requirements and instructions. Publishers must not modify, interfere with, or manipulate advertising code, bidding systems, tracking systems, or reporting mechanisms in a way that could affect the integrity of our Services or advertising partners. Third-party advertising partners may have additional requirements that publishers must follow.

7. Revenue and Payments


Publisher revenue is calculated based on eligible advertising activity reported by AdopMedia and/or its advertising partners. Reported revenue may be estimated and can be adjusted before payment due to invalid traffic, advertiser disputes, technical errors, third-party adjustments, or other circumstances affecting the validity or collection of revenue. Payments are subject to AdopMedia's applicable payment terms, minimum payment threshold, verification requirements, and available payment methods. AdopMedia may delay, adjust, or withhold payments where an account or traffic is under review.

9. Account Suspension and Termination


AdopMedia may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account or property if we reasonably believe that the publisher:

  • Violated these Terms.
  • Generated invalid or fraudulent traffic.
  • Provided inaccurate information.
  • Violated applicable laws or advertising policies.
  • Misused AdopMedia technology.
  • Created risk for advertisers, publishers, or AdopMedia.

Upon termination, publishers must remove AdopMedia advertising code and stop using our Services.

10. Third-Party Services


AdopMedia may work with third-party advertising exchanges, demand partners, analytics providers, payment processors, and technology providers. The availability and performance of third-party services are outside our complete control. Additional terms and policies from these providers may apply.

11. Intellectual Property


AdopMedia's website, platform, technology, software, branding, logos, documentation, and other materials are owned by or licensed to AdopMedia. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, or misuse our technology or intellectual property without written permission.

12. Privacy and Data Protection


Publishers are responsible for maintaining appropriate privacy disclosures on their websites and applications and obtaining any consent required under applicable privacy and data protection laws. Your use of our Services may involve the processing of technical, advertising, and performance-related information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimer


The Services are provided on an "as available" basis. AdopMedia does not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available. We are not responsible for losses resulting from third-party advertising platforms, exchanges, payment providers, technical failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
